Our Returns & Exchanges Promise
- Return Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number ready, as it will be required for all returns and exchanges.
- Golf Balls (once used or removed from original packaging)
- Golf Grips (once fitted or removed from packaging)
- Golf Clothing (if the hygiene seals are broken or tags removed)
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and clearly write the Returns Authorisation Number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. Upon approval, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item.
Refund Timelines and Methods
We aim to process refunds immediately after approving your returned item.
- Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed back to your original payment method.
- Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Exchanges
If you need a different size, colour, or product, the process is the same as above. Please indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the item you wish to receive instead. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologise for the inconvenience and arrange a free return label for you. You will receive a full refund or a replacement, including any return shipping costs, as soon as possible.
