Shipping Information
We strive to get your golf gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery Areas: We ship globally, excluding parts of Asia and certain remote regions.
Our Returns & Exchanges Promise
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchange process.
- Return Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Proof of Purchase: Your order number is required for all returns and exchanges.
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories once they have been used or their packaging is compromised. All sales on these items are final unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
- Golf Balls: Once used or removed from their original packaging.
- Golf Grips: Once fitted or removed from their packaging.
- Golf Clothing: If the hygiene seals are broken or tags are removed.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box. Ship it to the address we provide.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
- Inspection and Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item. Upon approval, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item.
Refunds
- Timeline: We aim to process refunds immediately after approving your return. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed back to your original payment method.
- Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, colour, or product, the process is identical to a return. Please indicate in your initial email that you would like an exchange and specify the replacement item you wish to receive. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologise for the inconvenience and arrange a free return label for you. You will receive a full refund or replacement, including any return shipping costs, as soon as possible.
